Hello,
I uploaded a profile picture to my account a few days ago, but it doesn't show up in my replies to posts.
Are there more steps to do?

    If I click on your profile - I see the picture.

    You need to add it as an Avatar for it to show on your posts.

      I added it as avatar, and it works.

      I thought profile pic was automatically used as avatar.
