Can I get my keyword in the first page of SERP?

This Side Vijay; I just wanted to know that can we get our keywords in the first page of SERP page with the help of off page activity only i.e.
  1. Article Submission
  2. Forums Submission
  3. Guest Posting
  4. Social Bookamrking and All
I have a keyword Flipkart Offers for which I want to rank on SERP Page. Please help me out how can I rank for this keyword within a limited period of time?

    I don't think off page SEO alone is going to work always. It can be useful at times. But organic backlinking is also important. I am sure Google algorithms can spot it easily.

    Answers here should help you, but keep in mind few things;

    Google now is different that it was 5-10 years ago. You will get different results if you are using Google Canada and Google US.
    There are versions for almost any country. Global SEO atm is almost impossible since results are based on user location.

    On the first page you also get News for [keyword] and Realtime stream.
    Also a lot of google users actually use filters: time, location and content type.

    Before you start acquiring backlinks, what can be really frustrating and there is no guarantee it will work (prepare yourself for a long wait), think about your target group and their behavior - maybe there is faster, easier and cheaper solution.

    only off page activity not increase your ranking you have to do lots of activity getting backlinking play a major role in improving ranking.

    Yes you can..
    no one can stop you from ranking your keywords on 1st page of Google. but
    it should be of a systematic process from
    1. On-Page
    2. Off-Page
    3. Social Media Linking
    4. Mobile Optimized Website
    5. No clocking
    6. Keyword Analysis
    7. and last but important is the CONTENT, content in your web pages should be user friendly and unique as "Content is the King"

    The only one of those methods that will help you at all is guest posting. The rest of them are worthless.

    If you can place a link, yourself, on somebody else's websites, it is almost always a worthless link for ranking purposes (although if it is on the right site, it may have some traffic value).
