How to increase the sales for an event website?

I do email marketing, social media for generating sales. The event is next month and sales are not happening. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

    I have seen shameless spamming for such cases. It can be devastating if you do not do it correctly. Conversion is always based on quality of the product, if other things are right.

    What's wrong with these people?

    This is at least the 2nd thread recently posted where the OP waits until the last minute to start trying to get people to their event.

    Successful event planners plan a year in advance. Go to any popular music group website and look at their tour dates. They plan for a year or more... they don't wait until the last minute.

    Strange.

    It's not even a rookie mistake, it's a lack of common sense.

      That's because they have to rent a venue, oftentimes a year in advance. Nowadays, any well-known ban or artist that is touring could probably announce their event 3 days in advance and sell-out.

        That's a sad uneducated guess.

        If you flash money in front of someone, they'll let you rent a year in advance as long as someone else hasn't already reserved the same date.

        Try harder... or just try.

          My point, exactly. They book a year in advance to be assured of getting a date, even a year into the future.

    You need to give more details about your campaigns to get proper feedback in the forum. Like how big is your list and how you have generated your list (to understand the quality of your list) and how influential is your social media presence?
