I think I can help with this. I'm new to the warrior forum but have been pretty active over at JVzoo. I know a few warriors who have launch their own WSO's that have done amazingly well.

For one all payments are processed by the warrior payments platform. You will have to connect a paypal account to receive payments from warriors.

Refunds are issued on your side at your discretion, through paypal. When creating a product you are allowed to create your own refund policy.

As for the sales page you asked whether the product or your copy results in more conversions.. In my experience they both work hand in hand. If you have awesome copy, then of course you can make major sales.

But if you have a bad product, you will get negative reviews, and the sales will slow down dramatically.

So both your sales page and your product need to be up to par.

As of the warrior forums new guidelines, products will now be reviewed under stricter quality guidelines.

For digital product, commission of 50% or more is necessary in order to attract more affiliates. Sometimes, I even offer 100% commission so that I can get the leads for free for my future promotion. Good products must also have attention grabbing sales page for better conversion.

Videos from 2014 and 2015 may not be very relevant in 2018. New WSO changes were announced a few days ago - effective august 1.

There are many product creation training available on warrior plus and JV Zoo. If you search, you will get them.
