How to generate more leads for dental portal.

I am managing a dental portal. Many keywords had been ranking in a first page but now i seeing lots of keywords are loose their rank. I am doing all necessery activity in SEO but still its not geting first postion yet ....

    Just took a quick look, so I can't say much on the SEO front.

    But the home page, especially the service descriptions, are definitely not visitor friendly.

    They tell the average visitor nothing. Take the description for "Dental Implants" for example:

    The implant fixture is first placed, so that it is likely to osseointegrate, then a dental prosthetic is added.
    I've got a pretty good vocabulary, but I had to look up "osseointegrate" to make sure it was what I thought it was.

    There may be a time and place for descriptions like that, maybe a dental conference or something, but no on the home page.

    Someone considering dental implants wants a mouth full of pearly whites they don't have to keep in a cup overnight.

    Also had a quick look at your blog section. Too bad spiders don't use dentists, because the blog posts were obviously written for them, not humans.

    The short answer is that if you want to increase backlinks, you have to have content people want to link to. And to do that, you have to have content that people want to read, with information that helps them without having to use a medical dictionary.
