I want to get some information. i tried to contact customer support via PM. but there no reply. that the reason I'm posting it here.

I want to list my services on "warrior for Hire" section. but worrier requests $20. I want know,
is this $20 for onetime payment or it need every month?
after this payment can i post more details or listing services on the inside of this thread?
can i edit my content and title any time. ?

    Yep. It's a one-time payment. All paid threads have a listing fee of $20 to go live.
