What are your pain points while working with email campaigns?

Hi all! I'm part of a London-based AI startup, we use the Big Five Personality Model to segment customers and then suggest how to personalise campaigns to each segment using AI. As we are developing a new tool now, we would like to get a better understanding on what the main pain points of email marketers are. We would be super thankful if you could share your ideas on what kind of support you would find useful when working on email campaigns?

To give you a bit of an idea of what we are working on:
Currently, our product is a cloud based content analysis and editing tool. You hook it up to your email platform (Mailchimp and Hubspot at launch), it analyses all your customers based on their interactions with your previous campaigns, and uses machine learning to segment them based on personality. It then helps you create variations of any open campaigns, but with image content personalised to each segment, which drives engagement and conversion. We have features to make it interpretable and help you understand why the selections work, and also plans to add in copy analysis very soon.
