LOA - Freelance question regarding contracts and T&C
For any of you freelancers in here -
Can someone guide me on how to create a solid LOA or contract that I would use with a client?
Also - How would one come up with terms and conditions?
I want to prepare this so not only does it look professional, but it ensures that once a project is agreed upon, all conditions under that project have been clearly understood.
And another side question -
For those who use Paypal, when first getting started under a business account, how long do they hold your funds before releasing to your bank account once payment is made?
I would like to know as I plan on asking client's for 50% upfront to create accountability on both ends and will not start the project until that payment is received.
