Resell Rights Information

Can I just make it clear I have NOT made these "rules" they are what came with the PLR I bought.
Also I am annoyed at people who are SO against PLR what has it ever done to you!
It's like its taboo these days, when it first came out everyone was using it and now its buried away not to be spoken about! C'mon guys get real!

I am planning on selling a product (digital) on the WSO page.

You are making this more complex than it needs to be. If you want to offer Master Resell Rights - you need to let go of the product. You can say something about 'spam' - but you have no control over that or ability to 'revoke' rights so why issue a threat?

No need for a such a long list. You are allowing a buyer to resell ANYWHERE (most products would prohibit low end auction sites). Listing 'master resale rights' means the buyer can resell both the product AND the right to sell the product.

The point is to SELL your product and such a long list makes it more a 'control' issue in my opinion.

The first three "you may sell" - are basically the same thing...you can sell and convey master resell rights. No idea what 'personal resell rights' are. Allowing sales on ebay, etc devalues the product immediately. You can make a statement about 'spam' - but you have no control over what people do or any way to 'remove rights' so the threat is not a good idea.

    You are listing confusing 'titles':
    -master resell rights,
    -basic resell rights,
    -personal resell rights....

you are making up terms and will confuse buyers.

Very good explanation of 'rights' on the link below - not my site but informative.

Difference Between Private Label Rights, Master Resell Rights And Resell | PLR Private Label Rights

One of the points of 'resell rights' and 'master resell rights' - as opposed to 'private label rights'.....is that YOUR name and YOUR site link or whatever may be included in the product...is being distributed by those who resell your product.

Why do you want to use Master Resell Rights? What is in it for you as a seller? Why not simply a straight sale of the product?

I don't know if meets the rules for WSO. The product will determine whether it can be a WSO - not how you list the rights for it.

I always think keeping things as simple as possible when it comes to 'instructions' is the best course. Focus on selling the product rather than on controlling the buyers.

Submit it as a WSO when you are ready and hopefully it will be approved....I don't make those decisions so can't guarantee anything.

Another thing to keep in mind is that if you bought this from elsewhere, then probably most everyone already has it too. This could be different but finding anything unique with MRR is a hard task these days.

I think there is some confusion (but maybe that's just me).

These are not the rights that you created for the product you're selling. But these are the rights that you were given to a product you bought -- that you now want to sell as a WSO. Correct?

It was my understanding that WSO's had to be your original products and no PLR.

PLR needs to be sold in the Underground.

However, this has all changed recently so I'm not sure if what I'm saying is correct.

PLR cannot be a WSO. If accepted, it will be put in the underground (old classifieds). See the #2 rule: https://www.warriorforum.com/main-in...july-30th.html

        Is your stuff PLR?

Can you (or anyone) please explain to me WHY PLR is not allowed to be sold in the WSO forum? What is the reason?

The administrator said it was because they didn't want it sold. Their house, their rules. No explanations really needed outside that. You can still list it in the Underground section, though.
