Should I use "noindex, follow" on user search page?

I have a user search on my website that looks like this:

One can search for users with specialization, country, radius, name, etc. These entries are stored in a session and transmitted by a post request. In other words: no matter which options you choose for specialization, country, etc. the url will always be mydomain.com/users" and not mydomain.com/users?country=Berlin&specialization=coach". I am afraid that search bots might crawl this page a lot and do not understand it, because it will be always the same url .mydomain.com/users" but may have different content. On the other hand, the search page is one of the top 3 most important pages of my community page. People get money because other people find them over the search. So it feels wrong to me to mark this central page with "noindex".

What would you do`?
#noindex follow #page #search #user
