  • Look, just about anything will work. This doesn't need to be complicated. Pick something, and get to work with it.

Acuity for scheduling because it integrates a qualifying questionnaire.

ActiveCampaign at the higher level as it has a CRM and obviously integrates with an autoresponder.

Too many people are looking for "the one right way" and the perceived safety of an expert recommendation. You're wasting time on agonizing about these kinds of decisions if you do. Set yourself a reasonable time limit, say 30 minutes to an hour, to research when this kind of question comes up...then make your decision.

  • We use YouCanBookMe. It syncs with your Google Calendar, so if you are diligent about keeping your calendar up to date, it will find holes in your schedule where people can book appointments and won't let them book a time when you have something else scheduled (like lunch).
  • You can use calendly.com. I have used it for 6 months and it's pretty good.
  • If your website running WP, here is 7 Best WordPress Appointment Booking Plugins 2018

    • You cannot trust sites and articles like that. They are often undisclosed affiliate offers. Think about how many "free" plugins have a paid upsell for more features...as the plugin creator, would you be willing to pay for free signups from an "authority" site, knowing that a certain % will become paid users?

One thing people on this forum really, really need to learn is to start asking: Who wrote this, and what is their agenda?
