"High volume" is a relative term. Meaningless without stats.

Few people actually need VPS, although it does have myriad advantages over shared hosting.

Start small - move up as your needs increase. No sense throwing money away.

A dedicated sever needs a dedicated hosting that helps to run your website fastly and securely.

Not sure why you would need reseller hosting for a single website.

It all depends on what you're trying to accomplish. I think shared hosting is better. Reseller if you plan on selling packages. A VPS is really under-used by most unless you have set ideas.

As some have already stated, when it comes to the reseller hosting, unless you are looking to sell some packages it wont really serve a purpose and without knowing specifically what needs to be accomplished its hard to say specifically, but you could definitely start with standard shared hosting and monitor the load that you are sending to the server and then scale up as you need with essentially any host out there.

Quality VPS reselling is available from dedicatedcore.com as their plans are able to meet all your demands. There are a lot of discounts in their plans which help you to have services from them cheaper. Highly recommended.

If you have a plan in place, then VPS is for you. It really is going to depend on what your needs are for hosting a website.
