Hello everyone,

I have a new website/blog, where I create health-related blog content and will write health-related product reviews (Amazon, Clickbank, etc.)

My question is: Should I narrow down from general health niche?

Health, in general, is very broad, and it is hard to cover everything. How can I niche down?
My issue is that the name of my website is "The Health Hub", which gives the message that it is about health in general.

Anyone any idea? What should I write about more?
Thanks

The domain name is not important. Yours is memorable and leaves room to go in more than one direction if you choose to, which is good.

Is there some aspect of health that you specialize in and can write about better? If so, that's what you niche-down to.

If you really don't have a specialty, your best bet would be to just go to Google's free Keyword Planner and simply enter "health" as your seed keyword. Then, scroll through the tons of results, which should be organized by the number of searches, and see if one or two with decent search numbers appeals to you.

Start with one or two categories and build from there. You can add more categories later if you want, but just use categories to narrow it down. Choose a couple, for now, get laser-focused on those and add more later once you have a system in place for marketing.

  • In the health industry i would consider niching down.

Make sure the sub niche still generates traffic and customers are seeking products in that niche.

The health industry is way to big for someone starting out, without a large advertising budget to compete in. If you do well in a sub niche, it will help you when you move up into the larger niche.

Find the smallest niche you can when starting out.

Within my personal experience in regards to the health niche I personally always started as targeted and specialized as possible due to the huge nature of the niche in general and there's a ton of heavy spending investors playing in the field so the more specific and laser targeted the better in my opinion and then after you can branch out and start to do some testing on other products .

I think narrowing it down would help. Health in general is very vague and broad.
