I like to hear your opinion on my site and what is the best way to get more conversions.
I have reviews on the site with banners but I'm not sure this is the best way to monetize.

  BuySellAds require to have more than 100K impressions per month to be accepted. His blog is new.
  
  OP: Maybe you can find an affiliate program with something that will attract your visitors. I think it will work much better than general banners.

until you monetize with banners its a long road as you need a lot of traffic to get conversion ,start with youtube and make review videos about diferent affiliate offers or from a specific niche and you will see better results as youtube convert better in my opinion and meantime work also with your website but have a lot of patinece as seo takes time

Split test my friend. If you want to maximize your earning potential you need to know how to split test properly. Google (analytics) is your friend.
