Affliate Advertizing in Pinterest

I'm new here. I would like to put some affiliate links on my Pinterest boards. I do not have a blog, so from what I understand affiliate network programs will not work with me. So, I would like to start by using direct links with companies. I was wondering if there is any type of program (hopefully free) that manages many different direct link accounts for me. Where I can log in to one place and see all of my direct links and (hopefully) payments etc.
