I have found a good deal but paypal but suspends my account systematically, HELP!

Hi everyone!!
The truth is that I have not participated much in the forum all this time but I was always aware of everything!

Looking for ways to invest in online business, I have noticed a very good niche which has allowed me to earn a good amount of money in a very short time.

The only problem I have and that's why I need someone's help, is that the payment platform that I use is paypal, and the paypal bot to see that I move a lot of money, automatically after reaching 1000 -1500 euros, limits my paypal account and a few days later, they suspend my account.

What I am doing is not bad, not even politically incorrect, It is simply arbitration (buy something cheap and sell it somewhere else with a margin of 15-20% profit), I was reading for a long time all PayPal rules, policies of uses and all their regulations (about 30 pages) and I do not violate any of its rules and for that reason they never hold my money but simply suspend my account. In a few days they let me withdraw my funds ...

It really is very lucrative and the best of all is that it is not bad, nor whitehat as I said before is not even politically incorrect, it is simply an arbitration of something digital that does not belong to anyone, its only owner is who has it .

Things I've tried:

-Accept only payments from friends.
-Accept only service payments.
-Direct the clients to a fake store (of my property) so that they pay me through the payment gateway of paypal.

Have a good one! and thanks for the help

You need to find/use a different payment processor. The business model you are using rolls money quickly and to paypal that looks like money-laundering.

You aren't smarter than Paypal - they don't approve of your business or payment model for some reason. If you can't explain to their satisfaction (unlikely to happen) you need to use a different payment processor.

The problem is that it is the only way I can do it, through paypal.
I thought about that, maybe the paypal bot think that I'm money-laundering.

I do not know if there is someone in the forum who sells paypal account with many transactions. I think this could help me, but the deal is very lucrative, I am even willing to pay a percentage of profit to a trusted user that accepts my clients.

That sort of thing isn't allowed here - and will likely get you permanently banned by PayPal. Are you using a PayPal business account or just your personal one?

I started using my company account and then use my personal account.

Both were suspended. As I said it is simply the paypal bot who does it, if the accounts come to be supervised by people they will realize that I am not doing anything wrong. That's why paypal never hold my money for 180 days... they always let me withdraw my money without any restrictions.

Then you'll have to get on the phone to PayPal and see if they agree. Looking for a work-around won't get you anywhere.

I called them and they only told me that they do not recommend what I'm doing but that it is not against any of its rules and that the bot will continue doing so because I do not have any justification for those transactions.

Your business acct was closed - so you used your personal acct and thought Paypal wouldn't notice? Then that was closed so now you want other people to risk their paypal accts....in violation of Paypal TOS...for your benefit...

A reputable business model will work with more than one payment processor. Arguing the issue doesn't change anything.

Your only chance is to convince paypal to accept payments from this business model...

When we want to win something we must be willing to risk something my friend. It was always like that and it will always be like that.
Paypal is precisely the method, that's why I do not change it.
There are many people in the forum here who are dedicated to monetizing their website with adsense and they cant change the platform simply because it does not come out profitable and that does not mean that what they are doing is a bad thing or a mediocre method.

I think maybe you are not understanding me or I am not explaining myself well enough.

Using the same example. If you create a website and its first week of use receives many people clicks, adsense will believe that you are using bot and will probably suspend it even if you are not using bot and those clicks are legitimate. For the simple fact that the account is new adsense will have more control with your website. Well, it's exactly the same situation I'm in now, but instead of being called adsense we'll call it paypal.

Not sure why you are arguing the case here - we can't change Paypal's policies.

Anyone silly enough to allow you to use their paypal acct will likely lose their acct, too.

Why does this not surprise me?

    Famous last words.

You've already gotten two accounts nuked but you think there's still a way you can work this scam.

Repeating the same behavior expecting different results is commonly known as insane thinking.

Paypal is going through some changes in an attempt to deal with people just like you. You're not doing anything wrong, it's just the PP bot.

I'll give you one thing - reading this has given me a nice laugh.

    Some links to look at:

    Sending a payment invoice: https://www.paypal.com/in/smarthelp/...paypal-faq2155

    Paypal.me acct: https://www.paypal.com/in/smarthelp/article/faq3025

    Payment invoice with paypal.me: https://www.paypal.com/in/smarthelp/article/faq3919

I will more than assume you are not doing this now.. and it maybe what you need to try. With paypal and receiving "Gifts" over and over is simply a red flag. Invoicing is different and they will only take a percentage if your "item" falls under the buyer protection program, and yours probably doesn't.

I will ASSUME that the first few transactions might get held up, but as it becomes more "normal" that will loosen up for you.

Simply legitimize your transactions and everything should be smooth... no different than a contractor or a lawn care guy getting paid.

And just let the nonsense of everyone being all willy nilly go... No you really are not doing anything "Wrong" its just the back alley way you are doing it, that is the issue. Your running a business, start acting like one ( a business ) You really want to get down to it, you are a private transactions COMMODITY trader. You may not be using Escrow accounts and the like, but that is here nor there... Step up to the plate and just tell people you are commodity broker instead of this wwhat im doing is legal and its this and that... thats snakey

At no time have I said that I want to change the rules of paypal. I think you do not understand what I am dealing with here, please if you do not know it is better to reserve your opinion. thanks anyway for the attempt.

Paypal just responded my email ... they have answered me why they have suspended the second account.. They told me that it was because they were linked, when the paypal is suspended, it assumes that the other one must be suspended regardless of the activity because the two are associated with the same person.

So far it's the only meaningful thing I've read in the answers, I am waiting for documentation from my country goberment and tomorrow I will just register a company that sells financial products and with that I will go to PayPal and see what solution they can give me... so they will be warned that I will receive a lot of money in a short time and many transations and that they can see and verify that I am not money laundering
Thank you I will keep it in mind.

It seems like you haven't setup a verified business account. Moving money like that on an unverified account is obviously going to get you suspended.

Edit: I read other replies. They don't want you on their platform. That is it. What I would suggest is changing payment gateway or even getting your own merchant account if it is worth it.

There are few things you can do.

    1. Make your paypal business. This way your account would be stronger and could move bigger amount of funds.

    2. Make second paypal account on different name (your brother/sister or friend) and use two accounts and spread your incoming or outcoming transactions. This way each paypal acc would receive less amount.

    3. Try to find other payment processor such as credit cards, crypto, payoneer, skrill)

  • The reality is that Paypal sucks. Paypal is 1000% buyer oriented and is almost a complete waste of time, energy, effort and money in any situation in which internet marketing is involved. I use Paypal when and only when I have to and then I am very, very careful. There are lots of processors out there more friendly to your business model.
