Statistically.. A good arguement could be made for the "About Us" page

From a conversion point of view, it would be the enterance page into your funnel.

And from an end-user point of view.. it would be the page they are on.

If you ask me all of the pages on a website are important if you are going to use them if not do away with the ones that are not needed.
So any page that you decide to use make sure that it is optimized because google ranks the page separately from the website itself.

Without any context, the only answer is the page your viewer first lands on.

Is there a specific point to your question? Are you in some way limited to single-page sites?

  • Content pages are the most important as they attract visitors. Others like about page, contact page, privacy policy, disclaimer etc. are also important for the image of your site.

I think it would be either of these two pages.

    1. About Me Page
    2. Your Resources or Money Page

Your about me page should be captivating. It should draw readers in. It should also highlight your most important posts, pages and affiliate programs.

Your money page or resources page is also important. This is where you list ALL of the different affiliate programs you recommend, in one place.

    I hope that helps.

It depends on the type of website (ecommerce, blog, directory, business). However, I personally give importance to the About Us pages. If they are not honest and transparent enough, I don't feel comfortable doing business with them.

All the pages on a website are important. few people are ignoring the about us and contact us page but they are important for the audience to know about your business. The contact us page is important because it help the Client to reach you. Rest you are giving priority to which page that's up to you. For a business website or an Ecommerce like their home page is the most important one because there is a hierarchy that is places there and take you to other product pages.
