Will this infect my facebook ad account

My old facebook ad account got banned. A member of my team created a new facebook page, ad account and business manager, changed the credit card and created a new domain.

I asked him to give me advertiser permissions on the new facebook page.

Immediately after inviting my personal account to the new facebook page he tells me that the new page, ad account and business manager was actually created 12 months ago on the same computer that was used to create the the old page that got banned.

I haven't accepted the invitation to the page yet.

Is it possible that the new page, account and business manager are now all infected along with my personal account and will be immediately flagged when we start running ads?

Why not just start running ads and see what happens? If I understand correctly, the account is useless to you if you can't run ads with it and you aren't running ads with it right now out of fear. Either way, it's useless, so you might as well try and see what happens.
