Put a free book on YouTube with Clickbank links

Hi Folks. Please forgive the noob question, but I have a YT channel with about 6000 subs and I wanted to create a free book with extra info on my videos and I thought I could add a CB hoplink into it for a some extra revenue (already got Adsense ads). The channel is about woodworking and I get requests for plans, dimensions, resources, etc, so I figured a free book answering those things would add some value as well as being a reasonable platform to do a little marketing from.

My question. Once I've written the Ebook, what do I do with it? Where do I park it so people can access it when they click on the link? I'm not interested in building websites, sales funnels, etc, this is just a hobby and I put all my effort into making stuff in my workshop, but if I can make a couple of extra bucks with ClickBank, then Happy Days!

I think best what you can do is to build a list and then offer clickbank product.
So right now create a free ebook, store it in your host. Get autoresponder service and create optin box.
Next create a simple squeeze page where visitors need to put email address if they want to get a free ebook. And put squeeze page link into your video description.

So this way you can collect subscribers and later promote clickbank product to your list over and over again.

I know that I explained briefly, but I think you could easily found every step which I told you in google or here in WF. I just wanted to share advice on how I would do it.

    Good luck

If you are not interested in building a list then you just recomend it to people in your videos and you put it also in video description and of course you have your link inside the book

Own the traffic. Add a little optin for to request an email for that ebook. That way if something amazing ever comes out, you can let your tribe know about it!

As to "where to park it"...well you can host it somewhere, or just give it out as a PDF (redirect after optin), a shareable google doc file... tons of different ways

Upload your book to S3. There is a free usage tier that you will probably qualify for. Once uploaded get the link and put it in your video description. Easy-peasy.

    Definitely take people's email addresses.

Put that free book as a lead magnet and exchange it for people's email.

Then from your autoresponder create at least 3-4 day email sequence offering that specific product from Clickbank.

I know this sounds probably boring, but it is the best way to go and once you have someone email's address, you can market it to him how much you want.

P.S Be ready to provide so much value so that they feel like that product will be even better

    Cheers !
