Who can delete bad review on Yelp?

I have not received a bad review on Yelp but I would like to know if there are people who know how to do the erasers. I know there is a method but I am not able to find it on the net.

The only way to have a review deleted is to submit it for review and hope that it gets labeled as inappropriate.

Most people just respond to the review in a respectful way, asking the customer to call them to resolve the issue. That way, you can try to turn a negative into a positive by showing other people hat you care about customers and respond to their problems quickly.

Of course, sometimes, people are super unreasonable. As long as you look like the reasonable entity in an online dispute, most people will see who the unreasonable one is.

Yelp or a site like Glassdoor which allows reviews of companies do make a difference in potential customers' evaluation of those companies. I will say that I agree with you Dave regarding responding to negative reviews. I personally usually get more perspective when a company respond to a negative review.

      Great response!

The best is to be honest and transparent with people since many people will see things for what they are.

This is worth considering from all angles, either when you post for help or reply to a review of complaint.

As long as you are in business you would always get complaints and reviews some good and some bad .The best thing to do is to rectify solve the issue of the customer .It doesn't make sense erasing them because then you will lose more credibility.I am not saying that you had intentions on erasing bad reviews either.Just giving you my opinion on the matter
