How do I avoid being automatically included in Instagram groups?

I have two Instagram accounts to manage. One Instagram of niche: Digital Marketing, and other of Adult content. I don't know what was associated, but I am including in Instagram Groups +18 all the time in my Instagram Digital Marketing.

How I discover what set up cause that association?

    I think the nature of the content you are promoting leaves you vulnerable to spam accounts such as the ones it sounds like you are experiencing.
