Hi everyone I'm new here and to the whole online marketing/sales side of things Within the online fitness coaching side of things. I only came across warriorforum because for one I'm still kinda tech savi, and 2 because I've been digging, reading, and watching videos consistently for the last 5 weeks.

I've been learning and educating myself to the best of my abilities for the last 5 weeks in putting a system together. I set up a squeeze page through click funnels when I first started put it all together, an automated emailing system through aweber, and I also set up many chat through my fan page for my business.

I'm yet to earn anything from it though and what I've been doing and is actually costing me money instead through the memberships I set up.

Im serious about it though and I'm not going to just give up on it as it's something I really really want to do for a better life for not only me but my wife and 5 children.

I feel like I've been wasting my money on some people and sites I've come across though. offering the secrets and tools to getting the clients you want to start building them relationships and making money pretty much guaranteed.

But they don't really give you any solid information, and when I have signed up it only leads to more money anyway from what I've found. So I feel like on my next payday in a few weeks it's just going to be a recurring process I'm gonna be going through. Whatever savings I would of had (which isn't much) is just going towards this side project of mine. I'm just an ordinary guy with an ordinary job who works full time 8-5 and have done for the last 20 years.

Now from what I've heard and I'm kind of seeing through posts and videos, acting as an affiliate for somebody trying to sell there products is a good place to start, or am I wrong? if it means getting some money in my bank to start it all off with I'm happy either way.

I'm not very clued up on affiliate marketing and how the system of it actually works. And even through the emails and videos I'm watching, it's still very overwhelming and like I said I'm still
Very much tech savi . If anyone can give me a better understanding of affiliate marketing that would be fantastic thanks. PS: sorry about the long winded message haha

Welcome to the world of internet marketing! My first impression is that it sounds like you did some studying and then jumped into things before you were completely ready. Setting up various systems such as Clidkfunnels and Aweber are good tools to use but I wonder if you are ready for them yet??? You need to be solid with the product(s) you plan to sell and with how you will be driving traffic to your offers and content.

If you're interested in affiliate marketing ... I've been promoting affiliate / CPA offers for over 18 years. However, I do things differently than most.

I heavily promote PPL (pay per lead...lead generation) offers. This is because there is no credit card / purchase required to complete an offer. All a user has to do is fill out a form, so conversion rates are typically much higher compared to offers that require a sale to be made.

I favor offers that have a make, get or save money benefit to them, as they have overall worked the best. They also tend to have the greatest mass appeal (will be of interest to a large general audience), so the potential exists to produce high volume and they are fairly easy to cross-promote on the back-end.

Some of the verticals (niches) I have done extremely well with are: education, insurance, loans, debt, credit, mortgage, assistance, discount offers, homeowner offers, etc...

The bulk of the PPL offers that I promote pay $20-$40 per lead, but I also promote offers that pay more and less. You don't want to get too caught up on what an offer pays because how well it converts is just as important. For example, if you have an offer that pays $9, but if it converts at 2X or more of a $20 offer, then it will perform about the same or possibly better. At the same time, if you have an offer that pays $90 and it converts poorly, it may not even be worth promoting.

I have also done just as good with dating website sign-ups and pretty good with free trial + S/H offers. I also promote a very limited number of offers that are straight sales. For them, mass appeal is still the number one thing I look for and I also look for one of the following...

    1) The product is new and/or novel-unique and you can't purchase it locally or even something similar. I don't waste my time with it once something similar shows up in Walmart.

    2) The buyer can truly get what is being offered at a decent discount.

    3) Solves a house is on fire type problem.

However, I mainly promote non-PPL offers on the backend.

Bottom line, it's far easier to get someone fill out a short form than to get them to pull out their credit card and make a purchase. So why struggle with trying to sell this or that, when you can provide free information that users want/need and get paid well doing it.

    Something to think about.

    Hi,
Funnel could be easy, just 2 pages. Offer something free on signup page, pdf or video and second page is download page where you can also offer small priced product, lets say $7. In your autoresponder,if they dont buy, right away, send few emails with value on topic, but dont give solution.Traffic is best on youtube,if you can make good video or just go to fiverr and get one for $5.
    Good luck

  • Hello, in response to your request I can assure you that affiliate marketing is so, so easy when you are doing it the right way. Earning money online as an affiliate doesn't really have to involve much effort on your behalf so long as you are doing it the right way.

It could be that you are seeking financial freedom forever and affiliate marketing can do this for you if as I have already said, you do it the right way.

I see so many affiliates out there making regular mistakes, they earn zero each month and then claim to be millionaires to others. You can learn affiliate marketing the fast way or the right easy way...

Either way can be rewarding but only one of these ways is going to realistically generate passive income each month into your account, real money you can spend on your loved ones, your bills etc...

My advice, learn affiliate marketing with a reputable superior mentor and you will go a long way my friend!
