What job or vocational work an old age of 39yrs can do to be earning money for his family?

This friend of mine didn't got any chance to school or have any work doing till he clock 39yrs old of age. He has family now but didn't has work to feed his family now. What kind of online work or vocational work he can learn or start doing to make his family live better!

    Then, move to a Hot climate, and he'll make $100k annually.
