Brochure unbranded help please?

We have a standard unbranded brochure. We put our customers logo in multiple areas and it is very time consuming. Is there a simple way to populate the logo with a click of a button to all the areas in which the brochure where the customers logo goes?

The simple answer would be to convert the document to Word or similar program and use the inbuilt image replacement tool. Then convert back to PDF, if required. Could be a bit clunky, depending on your experience with the program.

Otherwise, there are several types of PDF branding software that would allow you to bulk enter a text field. Some also allow you to bulk replace an image file (for a logo) although there might be a restriction on placing - such as only in the header or footer. A Google search for PDF branding software with throw up some options.

Alternatively, if you have Adobe Acrobat you could try a plugin called AutoMailMerge which would give you more flexibility over logo placement, but it's an involved process, and probably not much quicker that doing it manually, depending on the size of the document.
