Would anyone happen to have tips for YouTube collaborations?

Recently got back into the MMO/IM niche and began setting up a personal brand a few months back. I was just wondering if anyone in here has any experience finding other creators to collaborate with without seeming like a selfish guy looking to absorb their audience.

    You can gain credibility by collaborating with an established marketer, but you have to give them a reason to work with you.

    Paying them for their time is not an option.

    Take the time to create some value in your brand towards your audience, and you'll have a much better chance of working with established business owners.

    Don't ask for a hand out from the person you are looking to collaborate with. As the previous two posters mentioned you can offer them monetary incentive or if that is not an option, you can provide value to them in other ways. Don't look at a collaboration with someone as "one and done" try to establish a rapport with them to make future opportunities a possibility(provided things go well).
