It's not unusual for YT videos to have little or no views if you are not actively promoting them. You need to have a following to get traffic and that traffic leads to more traffic if the engagement levels are high enough.

Your YouTube analytics and your audience retention rates to determine which videos people are most interested in then create a series around those topics.You can also test different headlines , thumbnails ,and keywords in your titles.Oh and share your videos on different platforms

You gotta be playing the long game and be smart about it. Network, promote, advertise, get your name out there. This isn't 2006 YouTube where you just drop a video and it gets views in the right set of circumstances. You're dealing with a lot of noise and have to be smart on how to cut through it and reach your audience.
