Youtube channel NO views what to do?

Hi Guys since August i created a new youtube channel for brazilian market, and posted great content in 53 professional videos with professional voice over and after 2 months this is the results:

10 subscribers ( 6 of them is invited friends)
115 views ( 36 organic) the remain is Me

I have:

-great content
-great thumbnails
-I did the basic seo (keyword on video file, title, description, tags, astags keyword on thumbnail image)
-posted content every week since 1 of august
-searched also high engagement competitor videos, and created similar content with same title
-created videos with larger lengtht like 16m
-created playlist with specific keyword

and i still have videos with 0 zero views.

The issue is that i cant get views on videos to get the engagements. i think if i get video views i will have the change to get subscriber and high retention view rate.

I have ready more 116 videos of content, but i dont will post more until i get a decent base of views or subscribers.

I dont know what to do more, im thinking in youtube ads for youtube search results, do you think is good idea or what i should try more?

you can edit your social bio by giving a link to the stuff or you may post a trimmed video on your fb,insta account.

Try to share all your recent vlogs and channels to your social media accounts. It takes time for newbies to get views and subscribers. Make sure that your videos is of good quality and unique.

It happens sometimes When you have good content but not getting views as you deserve.

You should look at your YouTube Channel setting also add relevant hashtags in your video.

It will really help you to get views.

If you can't have views on YouTube, why not try Instagram TV. Some resources for you:

    Hi devon99,

It's not unusual for YT videos to have little or no views if you are not actively promoting them. You need to have a following to get traffic and that traffic leads to more traffic if the engagement levels are high enough.

To get organic traffic you need to have relevant videos on keywords that get a significant number of searches on YouTube, and even then you need to optimize your videos, and have good behavior metrics if there is any significant competition. YouTube might send a few views your way if they do not already have more popular content to fill the relevant search term.

It's a classic chicken vs. egg scenario. How do you get good behavior metrics if you don't have visitors, and how do you get visitors without those behavior metrics?

The solution is to promote your videos, Find ways to get traffic from other websites to your videos. If you have a popular website you can embed your video there, if not you need to get backlinks pointing to your videos from popular websites, or social media pages. Outside of those promotional options there is a very effective way to jumpstart your video traffic using advertising,

An easy and popular way to promote your Youtube videos is with Videos Discovery ads. You only pay when people engage with your video. It's an effective way to "prime the pump" if you have great content waiting to be discovered. Once you get the right audience subscribed and following your content you can start building a subscribers list.

Building a list is crucial for any kind of long-term promotional endeavor, so do consider creating a custom landing page to capture newsletter subscribers. This will give you the ability to send a flood of traffic to each new video to keep it rolling.

At the end of the day, your video content will have to generate a fair amount of engagement to get traffic from related videos and searches, so monitor engagement levels on various types of video content to discover what your audience prefers, and produce more of the same.

    HTH,

    Don Burk

Go back look. Into. Your YouTube analytics and your audience retention rates to determine which videos people are most interested in then create a series around those topics. You can also test different headlines , thumbnails ,and keywords in your titles.Oh and share your videos on different platforms

You gotta be playing the long game and be smart about it. Network, promote, advertise, get your name out there. This isn't 2006 YouTube where you just drop a video and it gets views in the right set of circumstances. You're dealing with a lot of noise and have to be smart on how to cut through it and reach your audience.
