I am new to affiliate marketing and i recently got approved to maxbounty.
I saw on youtube that email submits offers mean when someone enters their email i get paid.
And thats what some offers say as well.
But, when i tried to see if it worked, i entered an email and submited, yet no "lead" was generated like the offer and youtube said. I had to complete a survey and an annoying offer to get the lead.. Waht am i missing?? Isnt it just submit email to get paid??

The offer should state what is required to count as a completed action.

For just an email opt-in it will say something like "first-page submit."

There are many CPA offers that pay for non-purchase actions. Pay Per Lead (PPL) offers are very common. Pay Per Call offers also pay without a sale being made. Survey sites pay for completing a survey which cost the lead nothing but their time.

I've been promoting affiliate / CPA offers for 19 years.

I'm not a fan of email submits and haven't run them in years.

I heavily promote PPL (pay per lead) offers. This is because there is no credit card / purchase required to complete an offer. All a user has to do is fill out a form, so conversion rates are typically much higher compared to offers that require a sale to be made.

I favor offers that have a make, get or save money benefit to them, as they have overall worked the best. They also tend to have the greatest mass appeal (will be of interest to a large general audience), so the potential exists to produce high volume and they are fairly easy to cross-promote on the back-end.

Some of the verticals (niches) I have done extremely well with are: education, insurance, loans, debt, credit, mortgage, assistance, discount offers, homeowner offers, etc...

The bulk of the PPL offers that I promote pay $20-$40 per lead, but I also promote offers that pay more and less. You don't want to get too caught up on what an offer pays because how well it converts is just as important. For example, if you have an offer that pays $9, but if it converts at 2X or more of a $20 offer, then it will perform about the same or possibly better. At the same time, if you have an offer that pays $90 and it converts poorly, it may not even be worth promoting.

I have also done just as good with dating website sign-ups and pretty good with free trial + S/H offers. I also promote a very limited number of offers that are straight sales. For them, mass appeal is still the number one thing I look for and I also look for one of the following...

      1) The product is new and/or novel-unique and you can't purchase it locally or even something similar. I don't waste my time with it once something similar shows up in Walmart.

      2) The buyer can truly get what is being offered at a decent discount.

      3) Solves a house is on fire type problem.

However, I mainly promote non-PPL offers on the backend.

Bottom line, it's far easier to get someone fill out a short form than to get them to pull out their credit card and make a purchase. So why struggle with trying to sell this or that, when you can provide free information that users want/need and get paid well doing it.

      Something to think about.

Ok so after an ivestigation. The problem was that the traffic was signning up using vpn.
I tried pronoting the offer to usa audiences like the offer said and i got 50 leads in 5 hours making it 41$.
Its a cool small income. Though it was only a test so 0.8$ per lead.. I will update if my test on a 2.4$ per lead works with only email submit

There are many type of submits in CPL, you will see the requirement of the submit in the offer details.

Also I think you should not test offers yourself like that. Use the Testing Option in your Affiliate Network instead. This will flag your account.

These days I would just stay away from email submits. Also be careful about filling out your own offers, this can cause problems for you.

Hello, Everywhere I can find Email Submit offers from $1.00 to $1.20 saying just that in Offer Description: "Converts on email submit for example on MAX bounty is a fraud. Why would I send traffic to "Email Submit" which is actually converted on Free Trial and CC submit, when I can send the same traffic directly to that Free Trial Offer myself.
What did you say? Check out for yourself and see when exactly how you get the conversion.
