How many of you are interested in e-Commerce?

How many of you are interested in e-Commerce? You're probably working with a team of people, aren't you? And now I wonder what software, services or systems you use to work successfully? What programs do you use to create and work on a project with your group of people? How do you keep in touch and communicate with each other? How do you work on the Internet? I have here is there is team people with whom we earn together money in Internet. But it is problematic to work with services and software. Can you tell me something interesting?

    Anyone selling online is in 'e-commerce' and this is an internet marketing forum.

    You're probably working with a team of people, aren't you?
    Some work with a team - many work alone.

    And now I wonder what software, services or systems you use to work successfully? What programs do you use to create and work on a project with your group of people? How do you keep in touch and communicate with each other? How do you work on the Internet?
    You won't get a full tutorial on ecommerce in a forum thread....but there are previous discussions on every questions asked above. Use the forum search to find answers. Then if you have specific questions, ask them.

    We use Trello to organize our projects and individual team member tasks. A main card is created for each project with a project manager who oversees that project.

    Then, individual cards are made for each team member with tasks they need to complete - all of which are tasks within the main project cards - and those tasks are eliminated from each team member's card as well as the main project cards as they are completed.

    Finally, one person (me, in the case of our company), oversees each person's card, arranging tasks on each person's card in order of priority so that the most important things are always done first.

    I do all my "eCommerce" through a central platform. I just need to send traffic and the company takes care of the rest. I keep in contact with the team I've built through the platform as well.

    You can control two or three people without using specialized software products. But when sales managers are more than ten, you can 't do without a program. These are the inevitable realities of modern business. Otherwise, the team just won 't work effectively.

    you can make it work effectively without resorting to any programs. there are many different ways. but to work on the Internet, a large team necessarily needs a management program with a good set of tools. I know several such programs and I use one very successfully.

    franc1, if the height has already been reached manually, then you should definitely resort to software methods. This is a dogma) Believe me. I had to work in the small business development statistics department.
