It depends on what type of service you offer, your skill level, and how fast you can get paying customers.

I don't offer services as a freelancer so I have no idea what's most in-demand. The only thing I ever buy from freelancers is articles and I have a go-to service for them.

If I had to guess I would say some sort of graphic design. I know a lot of people buy Snapchat ads and FB covers. Now you can have FB cover videos so that might be an area you could research.

        Here's a template site for them https://wave.video/facebook-cover-video

        You have to research.

  • Hi ! Internet Marketing is a good opportunity to start off as a freelancer. Of course, your English proficiency would be an added plus in the sphere of Internet Marketing.

However, it is difficult to give you an estimate or idea that Internet Marketing could bring to you if we have no idea what kind of Internet Marketing that you are exploring. There are many forms from Affiliated Marketing to Digital Marketing services. Depending on the specialization of Internet Marketing that you would like to focus on, the income can absolutely varies.

You may want to share more before we could help you further ?

Hello! Thank you for your response. I have 3 years' experience in English-speaking customers' technical support via phone, email, and chat. Plus I have basic skills of frontend (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and photoshop. Also, I have created several twitter pages for my friend. I do posting and try to get there more subscribers. At this moment, I am studying marketing courses at acadium. There are different courses in all forms of marketing. It may sound trivial, but I want to have more income. Maybe you can advise me on such a form of marketing and some courses about it?

Personally I think the easiest place to start with internet marketing is social media, just because it's free and you're probably already familiar with several platforms. Learn how to use those platforms as a business, and you have a service you can offer to potential clients.
Social media also bridges well into other areas, for example you can optimize a social media page for search which is a beginning building block in learning SEO. Posting to social is also a good way to work on your copywriting.

Social media marketing is the newest advertising platform in the game, but it might just be the biggest return on investment if you do it right.
There are quite a few social media platforms these days, but the first two you should familiarize yourself with are Facebook and Instagram.
Marketing on Facebook and Instagram can happen two ways: organically and through paid advertising.

For freelancers if you're great at writing there's always work available, especially on places such as fiverr. Good web designers are also still in demand and can earn you a decent buck.

You can sign up for a freelance site like Upwork.

Set up a profile and decide on what services you would like to offer.

You mentioned you have some frontend skills. Maybe you could offer web design services?

when you are just starting out as a freelancer you can not expect to get a lot of clients immediately.
When I first started I got my first client after ..I believe it was 3 months haha
its not a fast getting rich business but still worth it if you don't give up

I think you should start doing SEO for your own website for about 12 months. If it works and Google does not ban you, you can offer your services to others. SEO is a very hard market where you need to know your stuff to get rankings. People are unlikely to hire you if you cant show them some past results.

Maybe a bit of article writing for the start to bring some cash in & then after you have some results to show with 2-3 websites, you can look for new customers
