Hi Warriors! I'm a recent college grad and new in Marketing. I have some coding skills so I want to start automating my processes starting with web scraping and web automation! Would love to learn what kind of tasks you guys find web scraping helpful just to get an idea!

    Hi James.

Not a fan of web scraping buddy. I find it easier to create content, build bonds, then highly targeted, buying traffic flows my way, versus grabbing a bunch of inanimate objects (aka numbers) via scraping. One thing I have found: numbers snatched (when I played the numbers game) are never targeted, and never buy anything. Only interested humans spend money. Numbers have no bank accounts LOL.

As far as automation, simple updates through Twitter for me. Hootsuite, and I also share updates via Triberr as well. Much of what I do is manual because it seems to work better for building ever-expanding, genuine online success. Again, from my experience.

Web scraping isn't a good model to use at this point in time. With that being said there are other types of automations that can be used to help but create your own content.
