Hi everyone. I have a business in the cannabis and music industries with media and events. Since events are now dead, I've been focusing on the media side of what I do including a print publication found in stores.

My Wordpress site has been up a few years and I've paid zero attention to SEO or writing articles for rankings. I'm looking forward to learning from this site and working to grow a mostly dead site attached to project in the real world that is doing okay, but could for sure use a stronger online presence.

Have you been collecting customer names and email at these events? Who reads your publication? What stores is the PUB in?

If you have had a site for a few years, why is it dead? How about blogging about the real world site which is doing OK, and collecting names and email?

That might be a good place to start, use what assets you have right now.

      Hi Gordon!

I have a small B2B and B2C email lists in my Mail Chimp which I totally neglected that I'm getting on now. I meet a lot of both sides when events are swinging so the possibly to build amazing lists is there.

My newspaper is read by cannabis customers who pick up in stores. Also industry professionals that are in stores dispensaries alot.

I have placement in 50 cannabis stores in one state but working on project to get it in 250 in 3 states by end of year.

I rarely blog as I've been completely overwhelmed with success in many departments but cant maintain a consistent content schedule. I'm firing back my site right now with a once week posting goal. I'm very picky on the content I cover but I'm loosening that up as have been getting tons of offers to others products and events lately and since I'm not holding events I have more time.

I do have an asset list I'm working to focus on but in the end I'm a one man team who uses independent contractors and I've broken through some major walls the last year but to maintain n grow properly has drowned me.
