Remove Folders In My Computer

After deleting iQYi software, I found there still two folders on My Computer, which cannot be deleted.

When right click there is no "Delete" option. But there is Chinese word when clicked on it, a box popped up: Explorer.EXE This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.

How to fix this problem?

A Chinese word in the right-click menu? Try running a virus and malware scan; it might be able to delete it if it's malicious.

You can only change the name to folder, the folder is the folder empty
