Hi, I'm not getting engagement on fb, even I'm giving value to people and I am also targeting right audience. What's the problem?

    Creative!

If your creative doesn't have an open ended question, it won't get any engagement

What have you been doing? Commenting in Facebook groups? What has been your process?

With a bit more information we might be able to help you figure out what the problem might be.

Without additional information, I can only assume you are targeting too broadly, with a generic message, and with content they can find anywhere.

Do your friends engage with you because you give them value? Do you turn up to their door with a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates, and an eBook?

Remember, there's 13.7 billion marketers on Fakebook, all giving value. How do you stand out from them? Why should they listen to you ahead of them? What have you got that they can't get anywhere else?

    There's two kinds of attention:

    1) The hype kind,
centered around being 'better' than everyone else. Whether it's being longer in business, or promising people more money or more traffic, or a better outcome; it's based on being better in some way.

    2) The contrast kind,
centered around being 'different' than everyone else. The kind of attention where you don't need a megaphone to be heard among a sea of sameness.

Imagine there's a room with 20 people. 19 of them are dressed up as clowns. All colourful. Jumping up and down pulling confetti from a bucket. But in the corner, there's a person sitting down, not saying a word.

You can't ignore the clowns, like a flashing banner on a website, or clickbait, or a twat in sunglasses sitting on the hood of a Ferrari. But it's not exactly the 'best' kind of attention to get, is it?

The best kind of attention is given to the person quietly sitting in the corner. Your brain wants to know why he, or she, is acting 'differently' than the others.

I'm not suggesting you be quiet. I'm suggesting you be different than what your target audience are used to seeing everyday on Fakebook.

    How can you do that?

Me, I would join groups that are interested in whatever you're promoting. I'd answer questions and, after giving a good answer, I'd add, If you also want to do xyz, here's more info on that or, here's where you can get that.

If you have "Who wants to make money from affiliate marketing" popping up out of nowhere where someone's just looking to relax, watch some silly videos, see what kind of eggs a niece had for breakfast, etc., you're interrupting and they're just ignore you.

You want to interrupt and catch attention. So, move to groups. If they're in a 'how to make money' group page, they're there to find out how to make money... Depending on what you post, they can still just skip over. But, at least, they're there for what you're there for.

In either case, you have to grab their attention.

Who wants to make money with affiliate marketing, on the general part of FaceBook has the following issues:
        1. some people do not know what affiliate marketing is
        2. some have seen too many Who wants to make money with affiliate marketing (and some of them do not know what it is)
        3. Their internal monologue at the time has nothing to do with "how to make money with affiliate marketing."

You need to come up with a better headline.

Let's say a person has 30 minutes to spend on facebook tonight. They are going to see the following headlines:
This is how you impress a girl with magic (on top of a video)
Who wants to make money with affiliate marketing
Try not to laugh (on top of a video of a toddler hanging from a tree branch by his pant strap
Biden or Trump (who are you voting for) (on top of a professionally done image)
They Say You Can't Say "I Love Jesus on FaceBook" but I do. Can I get an Amen.

Hey, y'all from Mesa Verde (on top of a friends face with some interesting background image).
This 7-year old made $1437.42 last month. (It's not the way you think) (on top of a cute girl who could be 7 years old holding her teddy bear)

Soros Wants to Take Your Guns Away
ANTIFA is a terrorist organization and they should all be in jail. Can I get an Amen?

Do you think they're even going to notice your Who wants to make money with affiliate marketing headline?

        What if your headline were:
Are you as financially smart as you think you are? (7 question quiz)
        or something like that?

(And you'd have a quiz that will move the ones that might be interested in making money with affiliate marketing to the next step.)

Or: They Laughed at Me When I Said I Wanted to Make Money Online. They Stopped Laughing When I Bought My New House.

You should read up on great headlines from the past (The last one is a variation on such a headline).

And on how to compose a sales letter. (I know, facebook posts are not sales letters. But only technically.)

So, let me see if I understand you correctly. you are on facebook trying to teach people, basically, how to make money on facebook. And, you yourself are not making any money on facebook so you are here asking how to do this.

I think that might be your problem

Viral videos and images get the most engagement on FB. So create a post that can be viral and you will get engagement.

If you don't get engagement, then perhaps you are not active enough in your account, you need to constantly communicate with your audience, interest them, correspond, ask questions and answer questions.

Results, people love to see proof and results of different members of any opportunity.

This is something you can try to get more attention, post about results, instead of asking lame questions of who wants to make money

Create the right headline for your ads. Create the right ad copy and finally, ask an open ended question in your ad and you will get people commenting and your ad cost going down and down.

Hi, I think what you can try is to promote your post on FB to more people. For example, you can use FB ads to expand your reach. Facebook offers a kind of ad called a "Page Like Ad" that includes a CTA that indicates users like your Facebook page. By doing so, I believe you can get the engagement that you need.

Then, bring your content outside FB. How? By cross-promote it on other social media such as Twitter and LinkedIn. On Twitter and LinkedIn profiles, add your Facebook page link. Occasionally tweet about your Facebook page to enable your Twitter followers and LinkedIn connections to stay in touch on other networks.

My last sharing is partner with influencers. Influencer marketing is a huge part of social media. By partnering, influencer's fan will be your fans. Hence, your post will reach more exposure. If you need a faster way, recently I bump to some posting that said appsally.com able to help increase the engagement of your posting in FB. You can try which one is the best. Take action over sitting still.
