Dilemma Regarding Images

So, I stepped into Amazon today. I already have a few of the keywords ranked on First Page of Google from my website.

Now, all the posts have downloaded images from the internet (with proper credit in caption). Would Amazon catch me off guard for it and punish me? Or am I okay?

        Btw is amazon affiliate good, what are % commision? I ask because so far I have not opted for this type of affiliate.

          Amazon is as good as you make it. Commissions are low, cookie is short-lived. But there are people making money.


          Used to be better, pre-Covid, when their commissions were higher.


          Images from other sites with credit but without authorization is stealing. Will you have issues? Depends where you're stealing from. Some websites are good at coming after you, some are not.


          Why not go to pexels.com or pixababy.com or some such site, where you can get images that you can use commercially for free? Or to sites like depositphotos where you buy the right to use them?

    Amazon can punish you for a lot of reasons - images being one of them. For images, I highly recommend using a plugin like AAWP which fetches images using an API.

    For everything else, use one of those public domain image websites.
