It says "You do not have enough posts to create a thread in this forum" Trying to post in SEO.

    The answer you were given is correct - some of the specialty forum sections like SEO require some forum participation in main forum sections before you can start a thread there.

    New members are required to have 5 posts before they can start their own thread. Replying to threads make up the five-post requirement.
