How can i research my target prospects without customer base

Heyo,
hope you are doing well. I have wanted for some period of time to create a community of people who want to develop themselves and enjoy live. I have made the first steps - bought a domain, host and even wrote my first article. For now I only have a blog but have plans of growing. But to be as affective as possible i have to research my target client base. The problem is i don't have any readers, so i can't interview them and ask them some questions. I will be very thanful if you would give me some tips.
Have a nice one

Leverage social networking apps. Join groups and connect with like-minded people. Share your article with them.

You might need to look for likeminded people on Facebook. Not sure about social media as i don't use. Go create a group on Facebook, find other groups in your niche and join them, contribute in those groups, friend people and ask them to join your group.
Then send them to your blog.

Reddit can also be a rich resource for this (or any) niche. Tons of related sub-Reddits filled with potential readers you can explore.

Also - I've mentioned elsewhere, but a site like AnswerThePublic can be a great way to better understand and track the kinds of questions folks interested in personal development are asking online.

Where does your target audience hang out?
Conferences? Forums? Blogs? Social Media platforms?
Go where your audience is and you will find answers there.

Ask those questions yourself then? I mean you are writing this content so you need to know who your ideal audience is, what they think , what their problem is and what you can offer to help them..
there must be a reason why they are visiting your blog.
