Please help! Looking for WordPress plugins that can protect WordPress site and media file!

I'm looking for a plugin that can help me protect my WordPress site and media files for protecting WordPress site, page, post, or partial page and post.

I'm still searching for a feature-rich plugin for protecting media files, including images, PDF, videos. Though I did privatize my site, Google still indexes my media files.

Can you suggest options?

      Wordfence excels in blocking spam and scanning malware as well as malicious redirects. However, what I'm looking for is protecting media files and WordPress file uploads from being indexed by Google and any unwanted users. I did conduct some researches and ended up using the Prevent Direct Access (PDA) plugin. Anyway, thanks so much for your reply!

    When you talk about "protecting" you mean, just blocking indexing or blocking access for non-registered users like in a membership site?

      I mean both! But I don't want a membership site. I just want to protect my files because anyone having the URLs to my files can access and download them without my consent. Do you have any plugins to suggest?
