New member posts - Where all forums a new member can make a post?

Please someone tell me where all forums can I make my posts as new member who requirses a minimum number of posts to start a discussion?

    Start in the beginners area.

    You can also take part in one of the current threads depending on your question/needs.

    Make sure you search for previous answers. The mods typically don't allow common questions that have been asked many times before.

        All members can post replies to the public discussion threads. I think a member has to have 3 (or maybe it's 5) total posts to start their own thread in certain subforums.
