I have a page on Chest Exercises/Workout.
So what permalink should I choose -

(i) www.example.com/chest-exercises/
(ii) www. example.com/chest-workout/

Google Trends shows CHEST WORKOUT is a more popular term than CHEST EXERCISES.

But if you search 'CHEST WORKOUT' the websites with permalink of 'CHEST EXERCISES' are ranking on 1 st, 2nd, and 3rd position on SERP.

Or should I go with other options, like

(iii) www.example.com/chest-exercises-workout/
(iv) www.example.com/chest-exercises-chest-workout/
(v) www.example.com/chest-workout-exercises/

So, what do you think? What's the best thing I can do?
What permalink should I use?

Your URL has nothing to do with SEO. Neither the length nor the words in it have an effect. It is clear that Google equates the two terms as equal and is showing the same (or extremely similar) results regardless of which term a user searches for because they are LSI words of each other.

In other words, it doesn't matter what you choose, it will not have an effect on SEO. What will is the content, the user experience and the number and quality of pages that link to your individual pages.
