To GET MORE? Nope not at all.... BUT maybe... Responsive might help you out a bit... It depends on your traffic that you already have Desktop or Mobile?

    Joomla?

    Really?

Why not WordPress? It is, by far, the most popular platform.

Personally, I use HTML, CSS, and PHP for simple websites. But, for bigger sites (that can benefit from a database), I would use WordPress.

Furthermore, if you run into a problem with WordPress, you can just Google it and be almost certain to find a solution (or several).

Plus, there are TONS of books, YouTube videos, and courses about WordPress.

Finally, WP has a HUGE number of themes and plug-ins -- virtually anything you could want.

    But I'm curious...

Why did you pick Joomla? (Besides the really cool name, that is.)

You could have an easier time with technical SEO. Other than that, I don't believe it becomes a factor for getting traffic.

To get more traffic you need:
    - High-quality SEO content
    - Backlinks from reputable sources
    - Traffic specific strategies

Yes, CONTENT and BACKLINKS are the biggest SEO factors.

But what do you mean by "Traffic Specific Strategies"?

Do you mean additional SEO elements (such as on-page factors), or are you suggesting that they add more traffic sources?
