    Unfortunately no. Are you looking to advertise for free, or simply use tools such as the google keyword planner tool? Since Google Ads by default is post-pay, i would start with a very small budget testing your ads to see if they bring any real results for you. If this is not an option, i would advise free traffic methods to start off to test the effectiveness of your landing page and offer.

    You dont have such option .I think its a good idea to test your landing page or what you want to promote with free traffic methods like youtube videos ,facebook groups ,etc

    There was some option earlier in the Google Academy to make a test account and then get some bonus money for the testing, but I don't think this still exists today. You can definitely make a Google ads account and perform some analysis on it, use Keywords planner and similar features. But if you want to test, the best idea would be to ask some of your friends or colleagues if they have a need for Google advertising at the moment and if they are willing to invest little in it, so that you can exercise and try different methods for their needs.

    The only way to learn things in digital marketing is to try things. Simply sign up for Google Ads Academy and then carefully familiarize yourself with the things they explain. To test your knowledge, create a campaign yourself with different goals. If you have a website, run an advertising campaign with any objective.

    which offers $500 google ad credit that you can use for testing, Also, there is Adzooma which offers $125 bing ads
