Getting your product seen faster

Getting other experts in your niche to help you create a product is
a great way to create content fast. But there's another big bonus when you use this strategy. Borrowing other peoples' credibility for expanded reach. Think about it, they were the ones that built their audience from ground up. One word "relationship". For example, maybe you're still fairly new to your niche. If you gather together 10 experts to create an e-book or even a webinar series, your name will be associated with these experts. And that means you'll instantly establish yourself as an expert too!

Who could share an example of how one can get their product seen at a faster rate?

Both because they both need time to grow.

I am going to assume... that we are talking about a small firm here that may or may not sell a consumer based product...

So, first and for most, you would need to claim your Google Business Profile listing. From that youcan then have a photo gallery of your products.

I would be looking at producing small products... I will assume you specifically are dealing with metal... so a metal type product - basically something you would find on Pinterest - that is sold on Etsy... I would list said products on Etsy, eBay, Facebook Marketplace and Instagram Market Place ( Facebook nd Instagram use the Facebook Marketplace engine... you just have to enable it in Instagram, and your products carry right over.

Doin this does a number of things.. Above and beyond everything else is it give you hopefully a consistent base products to fill in the highs and lows of finding clients for the work you really want to be doing. I think that is the hardest issue when dealing with "Makers" right? I want to build X... but selling X is not coming fast enough to sustain a business - and the idea that maybe making something else that can be produced easily at scale..to fill in the low points is just not an idea that pops into most peoples heads.

The effect of this should be just short of instant.. sales in days, where the client finds you and not the other way around... It removes the need to Market this whole new aspect, because you are listing on platforms that already have the traffic.

The 3 very basic pieces to a successful business; Marketing, Sales, and Fulfilment - the only thing you have to concern yourself other than creating the listing is the fulfilment.

At the same time Market / list your bigger pieces on the same sites. items under $50 and your $5000 gates or whatever

A working example of this. I have a wood shop with a number of CNC machines and it is "technically" a cabinet shop. Selling cabinets at scale is a whole thing, and the price of lumber is not helping so much right now. So what we have done is created cabinets and side panels for van conversions... that fit many of the available vans in todays market. We are selling them flat packed on a number of sites.

We can control the flow of this aspect of the business... list them on all sites, or remove listings from sites as needed to maintain the fulfilment requirements of our primary objective "Cabinet shop".

Digital products... building out a website that showcases your "Authority" and running paid ads... once you have built up the site, the "Selling" part should be slam bam thank you ma'am.

    Hi Josh,

Very interesting topic that I can relate to. few years ago I built my first e-Commerce website and one of the challenges of I have dealt with is getting my products seen by potential customers. With so many businesses vying for attention online, it can be difficult to stand out from the crowd. I used the same method you have shared. One of the most effective strategies is to partner with experts in my niche. By teaming up with influencers who already have a large following, it can help you quickly to reach a larger audience with your product.

By getting involved in your community, you'll be able to connect with potential customers and get your product in front of them more quickly. In my case, using Instagram was very helpful to spread the word. Facebook not so much since the type of influencers I was targeting were more active on Instagram and TikTok, but it was easy to build my audience on Instagram by engaging with people through commenting and hashtags. Also stories another great tool to show behind the scenes.

It is even better if you are passionate about your products, it makes you look more believable and REAL.

    I hope that helps!

    Regards,
    Adam

One example is in the form of a joint venture. If you're in a niche and you're a small startup, you could piggyback on the good name and customer base of a larger (non-competitor) business in your niche who your product offer is a good match for.

It's a good way to get seen fast for virtually little money.
