Why does DA show differently on different Platforms?

I am having a tedious time getting my domain authority up even though I have employed the help of a so-called SEO Geek who actually raised it from 4 to 53DA within a month but the problem is i can only get this result checking my domain name with websiteseochecker. But when I check with popular tools like Semrush and Ahref I get 0. It is highly frustrating. What could be the reason for this? (link removed by moderator)

The reason? You are checking DA. More precisely, using different tools. DA was invented by MOZ to make MOZ money. Has no other use, unless you're selling 'raise your DA" services or bad backlinks. But you are not. So, why do you care what MOZ's algo 'thinks' of your site.

Getting backlinks (average or good ones) gets you higher in the ranking (if your competitors sit on their hands). Focus on that. Or on driving traffic through social media or ads or anything.

I mean, if you want to make money. If you want your ego pampered, you can raise the DA, though there are better ways.

Generally speaking, the higher your DA is, the harder it is to raise it. It's easy to go from 5 to 30, hard to go from 70 to 80, for instance.

Every tool has its own domain authority matrices. Better focus on Clean quality backlinks rather than pumping authority.
