What are the requisites to start a thread outside the Beginners Area?

I tried to post something in Social Network and it says I'm not allowed yet...

    Ok - that is because you had less than 5 posts - as the rules mention. Not all sections are available for brand new posters. Also, if threads are more of a 'new marketer' question mods may move the thread to the beginner section.


    Since you have posted in that 'social' section, problem is solved.
