questions about starting my own smma

i´ve been trying to start an smma but I get to confused with facebook ads and meta business suite, because aparently facebook got an update and all the youtube videos that teach how to work with fb ads are in the old version so I dont know how to work with fb and meta business suite. Can anyone tell me how does it work with this knew version?
other question, how I´m I suposed to do ads for clients if I dont have any video shooting or photoshop skills?

    If you cannot do facebook, can you do any other kind of social media marketing?


    What are you going to do if you start with FaceBook and facebook changes things down the line?
