Hi, i am an amazon affiliate marketer. I made a youtube channel for this purpose but it got deleted twice. Is it because of amazon affiliate links? Bcz my videos do not have any copyright issue etc. Kindly guide if it is bcz of affiliate links then what should be an optimal and reliable solution to this.

1.No i did not use bitly.
      2. Only Youtube copyright checking. Do we need other softwares as well to check copyright content?
      3. My videos are not voilating anything that is against community guidelines.
      4. Soundtracks are copyright free or from youtube audio library. So no copyrighted music.

What's your channel about? How long have you had it before it was terminated? What was your subscriber count? Average thumbnail click through rate? I have a youtube channel and have posted amazon aff links and it didn't get deleted, so there must be something else going on.

What style of content do you post? Is it talking head style with you on camera? Whiteboard type stuff? Binaural beats/lofi chill with just music and a background pic?

We need more details on what your doing as a whole with your channel as that's how Youtube looks at each channel-as a whole thing including type of content, how many people are watching it, how long they watch it for, etc. You could be doing something else they don't like and the amazon affiliate link may have just been the final thing that pushed them to the decision to ban your channel.

Actually my videos are compilation of amazon produtcs with no copyright issue from Youtube. I put disclaimers of fair use of video and video ownerships etc. like "these videos belong to the owner and the website. and disclaimer about being an affiliate marketer. I made Youtube channel twice with mentioning amazon links in description. it was got suspended without even warning and further growth. I apealed but got rejected. now again, I made a channel for third time with same videos and thumbnails and disclaimers ofcoure. BUT without amazon links and waitng for youtube 's next step. I am clueless about account suspension whether they will suspend it or not?? Because I can not figure out the clear reason of suspension. still experimenting.

Ahhhh I see. I'm not Youtube so I can never say for sure, but I strongly suspect they are banning you over the fact that too much of your videos are just reposts and compilations of other people's videos. I agree that you can often enhance your own videos by including clips of other people's videos, but you gotta be reeeaaally careful how much of their video you include in your own otherwise Youtube starts thinking you are a spammer just reposting other people's content. I avoid including large amounts of other people's videos in my videos for that exact reason: the algorithm is a lot stricter about this on smaller Youtubers.

(This is tricky because there are tons of channels where they do just this, except its for like a "reaction" style video. )

It's up to you how you want to move forward but you might want to look into getting some of the items you are reviewing and film yourself reviewing them with the physical item in hand. Then you can include clips of other's videos here and there but as long as most of the video is your own original content, Youtube will be happy. The reasoning behind this is that it sounds like what could be happening is that the algorithm is seeing you post other people's videos, so it's half sure you are a spammer (I'm NOT saying you are, just explaining how it may look to the algorithm) so then when you add in the affiliate links, the algorithm thinks "Yes now I KNOW this is a spammer" and boom-they ban you.

Why youtube does not detect any copyright thing? I mean if it recognizing it to be a content as repeated or as of others?

Because Youtube considers it "reused content" (ie repeated content) which they view as separate from copyright strikes. See this help article from Youtube about it: https://support.google.com/youtube/a...ogram-policies

I couldn't find an article about it by itself, but it definitely comes up in their monetization policies. If you are a big channel, they'll demonetize the whole channel over it. Since you are a small youtuber, my suspicion is that they just banned you over it.

It's also been said on this thread that you can't direct link to an item on Amazon; that you need a store. I don't think that's true: I direct affiliate linked to amazon items on my channel and didn't get a ban or any kind of notification about it. I've also seen plenty of youtubers direct link affiliate links to the various pieces of camera equipment they use to film their youtube videos, or makeup or home items, so I don't think that's what is causing the problem.

Iqra, you need to be making original content on your channel, not reusing other people's review videos. My gut feeling is that that's what the problem is.

I am also one, and YT which Google owns, (Google Adsense) probably are not crazy about you using a competitors affiliate link under their property.

And Adsense isn't really an option since it is a paid service, you need a product and also need two free weeks to read all of their ..rules.

I remember creating a self help video series for TY, which they didn't like because one of them were pushing a competing service.

With the information, you provided above. It's going to be hard for anyone to answer your question. You are doing something very wrong. If you follow YouTube's guidelines Amazon affiliate links should not be an issue.

When you created the video did you remember to check the box, that you will be displaying paid content? Are you promoting products that are compliant with YouTube's terms of service?

Did you take a look at the help center? If not you may want to visit the page - https://support.google.com/youtube#topic=9257498

You can ask your question in the community help section or reach out directly to YouTube. Just follow the support page down to the bottom.

Is it necessary to check that box when you are doing amazon affliate marketing. And my videos do not have any copyright issue with copyright free music. I put disclaimers about video ownerships, fair use and being an affiliate as well. So my video do not voilate community guidelines.

Yes you have to click that box when posting videos. Also, don't forget two include in your video description, that you are promoting Amazon Affiliate links. If not you are in violation of Amazon's Terms of service

From Amazon -" # 5. Identifying Yourself as an Associate
You must clearly and prominently state the following, or any substantially similar statement previously allowed under this Agreement, on your Site or any other location where Amazon may authorize your display or other use of Program Content: "As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases."

FYI If you should go back to the Amazon Associates Center and read the Associate's Program Operating Agreement if you have any more questions.

YES. as a small Youtuber and naive towards the things, i got my channel terminated twice. I again made a new Youtube channel and and not putting links in the description because i am afraid of its suspension again. so if i check that box, putting disclaimers of fair use, affiliate marketing, adding links to description simply, will it be fine? I 'm afraid if i put links again it will got deleted. like a phobia.

I'm already in Classic view-I don't quote when I'm replying to the original, starting post, (which is what I was doing as this looks to be a "troubleshooting w/the OP" type post) only when I'm replying to a specific one later down in the thread (which I'm about to do in a sec as I see the OP replied). Thanks anyways for the tip though!

I am goig to guess that you are linking directly to Amazon from Youtube, and that is not allowed.

If you pay attention to those that offer affiliate products they will send the traffic to their "Store" VS sending the traffic to an Amazon product specifically.

www.amazon. com/theproductyouwanttosell is a direct link to the product and is a no no

this is a link to Amazons "Influencer Program" that creates a "Store" on Amazon that YouTube accepts. ( https://www.amazon.com/shop/info )

If you are trying to sell a specific item... you can create a landing page on your site that the Youtube videos link to and then make your call to action to buy now or whatever and then link over to Amazon for that specific item.

The basic rule here is you can link to YOUR site, you can link to a "store", you can not link to an item directly

I put disclaimers of fair use of video and video ownerships etc

That is a bit confusing -I assume you mean YOUR 'ownership' of your own text/images. If you are using anything from another marketer's site/page...the 'fair use' doesn't apply nor does a disclaimer.

The new SiteStripe feature allows you to create links directly from the Amazon.com site
Why are you 'guessing' when the answer is right there.

    That's why this was explained:

Take a look at a Graham Stephan video. If you click on any of his videos you will see his name (Above Comments). Below his name, you will see his first offer then click more. If you follow that down you will see this " My ENTIRE Camera and Recording Equipment: " Then he has his Amazon Affiliate link. Right below that is the Affiliate disclaimer.

Notice everything is in the description box. That shows you what a proper setup looks like.

Others including me do the same thing and do not have an issue with YouTube.
