Affiliate marketing -> get them to click, fill something out, buy something and you never hear or see from them again. It's none of your business what happens after that point.
Building companies -> You pay for a click, you pay for a lead, you sell something and you have to deal with chargebacks, customer service, managing ad budgets, etc, etc.
It's different. Different marketing strategies are needed for both.
