Passive Income for Beginners

Hi everyone and Happy Thursday! So I'm a working mom in my late 40s who would love to get in on some passive income however I have no idea how to get started and don't have much capital. Would love to hear some advice from any seasoned passive income makers. Not sure where to begin-HELLP! TIA.

Active income is money you make by actively participating in work, ...Passive income, on the other hand, is typically money that you earn without active participation
When it comes to internet marketing - 'passive income' may be what you have after you have worked hard created 'active income' and setting up a system that will keep producing income with minimal effort.

What are your skills? What do you know about working online already? What have you done - what area or niche do you want to work in?

First I'd advise you - don't buy anything until you KNOW what you need and what you will DO with it after you buy it.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

I would suggest you start by first thinking about what you are interested in and then you can choose how you want to go about using it to create passive income. It will take a lot of work at first, it won't start off as passive income.

You could try dropshipping or affiliate marketing, or you could write and sell e-books, post videos on YouTube, etc.

There are so many different methods to make money online, it just depends on what you're interested in and then it will be easier to get direction on where to start and then ultimately how to turn it from active work into passive profit.

But how many of these are more quick passive income than the others?

Some take much more preparation just to get going.

Knowing what I know now, I'd ask myself if what I'm interested in of these needs an actual website because for me learning to set up a website was fun but tedious and meticulous work.

There's only one successful method I found so far that really didn't need a site or even a mini-site (a landing page). But it still took preparation and learning.

And websites i found now that I can build on my own just cost a monthly or yearly subscription fee to build. They have their own fairly easy to learn web builders, suppprt and training.

So glad I found these good web builder sites. When I first started in 2019 I know so little that I hired someone to build a site for me and didn't end up using it. Turns out though they built a good one, they also needed me to pay them for hosting etc.

By that time Id already moved onto learning web builder platforms (that have auto responder features) that weren't as expensive as that first site, by far. I'm on a fixed income and the monthly subscription for those was and is much better for my budget.

There is no such thing as passive income unless you got money working for you.

With that said, you can get yourself a nice stream of income following the advice in this thread: https://www.warriorforum.com/warrior...days-ebay.html

It's a step-by-step on how to sell on Ebay and make money. All you need to know is there.

Did you actually read the post? That is considered "active income", you have to actually work or provide a service to get paid as a VA.

To the original poster, Without a lot of capital, you're going to need to put in a lot of effort. Most posters above gave you good advice. Even if you get a website or YouTube channel working to make passive income. You will have to still come back and put the time into, maintaining the passive income. It's like a house or a car if you don't keep it in good condition it will eventually become run down.

You can start with social media marketing for example. Post regularly and consistently and build followers for a certain niche. You can also schedule posts. Then promote something recurring and once you get to a high enough standing then it will become passive.

Warning: you will need constant motivation (before it becomes passive income), so it would be wise to make sure the niche/offer/content is connected with your purpose.
