Hi expertsو

When we look at online business, we find out that there is very high competition in all modules and niches.

Question: Do you think still there is room for new businesses?

Traffic is the core for any business to be succeded. Nowdays, The chance of getting free traffic is very low. And getting paid traffic is very expensive.

Question: What is the best way to face these challenges?

Regards

Of course there is 'room' for new businesses - their are new online businesses launched every day.

You aren't new to at least planning to work online - what have you done so far? What worked - what didn't.

I do agree getting everything for 'free' is very difficult....but that's true for any business.

Usually, if you really niche down, you'll find it much easier to compete and get free traffic.

For instance, you will have a much harder time ranking for "dog supplies" than you will trying to rank for just "dog houses". You'll have a lot easier time ranking well organically for "HALO headlights" than you will for "automotive parts".

We are still building new eCommerce websites in previously untried niches. Some takes many months or even more than a year to see decent organic traffic. Others get it within a few months.

The Internet is full right now, please try again later.
Oh how I wish that were a message many had received.

Here is an answer; tried, tested and proven to have worked...to those challenges:

There is ALWAYS ROOM for anyone who brings value to other people.

See, you represent the typical new Warrior/Internet Marketer, trying to figure out a way to cash in, to get your share of the IM loot. And you want to do it for free, which almost always means you don't have the funds to start a business proper.

There is a way, and that is have a value, SOMETHING, that people want/need/desire and create an Intersection with them online.

So, our (or my) fundamental question is: What do your bring with you?

What do YOU have to offer and how much work are you willing to do to make it all happen?

So, please, take a number and wait your turn, and when you hear your number called, it will be a good time to start your new venture.

    Hi Rezqon,

I am not suprised you are apprehensive about the competition.

But there are new opportunities arrising all of the time.

Just think about domain names - there are always "new words" that can be created into domain names and a website built around them, then sold later on for good profits.

Here are a few more tips

Find a niche: Instead of trying to appeal to everyone, focus on a specific niche audience with unique needs or interests. This can help differentiate your business from others and make it more attractive to your target audience.

Offer a unique value proposition: Identify what sets your business apart from competitors and emphasize that in your marketing and branding. This could be something as simple as faster shipping, higher quality products, or better customer service.

Build a strong brand: Develop a strong brand identity that resonates with your target audience. This can help you stand out from competitors and build customer loyalty.

Leverage social media: Use social media to connect with potential customers and build a following. This can help you generate buzz and drive traffic to your website.

Provide excellent customer service: Focus on providing exceptional customer service to differentiate your business from competitors. Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.

Continuously improve: Continuously improve your business based on customer feedback and industry trends. This can help you stay ahead of the competition and keep customers coming back.

Remember, competition is a natural part of any business, and it can actually be a good thing as it shows there is demand for your product or service. By focusing on your unique strengths and providing value to your target audience, you can successfully launch and grow your business on the internet.

I wish you success whatever you decide to do.

    Kind Regards

There will always be room for new businesses!

Niche down to begin with and you can always expand once successful. If you make it a great experience for your customers as well as offer something unique you can gain customer loyalty. Testing things out and seeing what works and what doesn't is part of the journey.

I wish you all the best, good luck!

I firmly believe that there is always room for new businesses, no matter how crowded the market may seem. After all, if there's one thing that humans are always good at, it's finding new and creative ways to solve problems and meet needs. So, as long as you have a unique and valuable offering, there's a good chance that you can carve out your own little corner of the online world.

As for the question of traffic, you're absolutely right that it's essential for any business to succeed. But don't let the current state of things get you down! While it's true that free traffic is harder to come by these days, there are still ways to build up your online presence without breaking the bank. One great approach is to focus on building up your social media presence and engaging with your target audience through those channels. This can take some time and effort, but it can pay off big in the long run.

And if you do decide to invest in paid traffic, remember that there are plenty of options out there beyond the traditional Google and Facebook ads. For example, have you considered influencer marketing or affiliate marketing? These approaches can be highly effective and often more cost-efficient than other forms of paid advertising.

So, my advice to you is to stay positive, stay creative, and keep pushing forward. As long as you're willing to put in the work and try new things, there's no reason why you can't succeed in the online business world. Good luck!

    Hi,

I agree with the others that there is room for new business but the competition remains tough.
Here of course it depends on the product you want to sell. There are and there will always be brands that have a product similar to the categories already available on the market.
Here I am convinced that the right marketing strategy will allow you to succeed. Followed by the right category, a solid business plan and patience there is no reason why it won't work.

    Good luck!

  • There are so many rooms for new businesses. Many online businesses are actually born everyday. Take a look how many call center companies in the Philippines there are so many big opportunities there.

Rezqon, do not believe any of the previous posts. There is no more room. How do I know: I filled every slot and I broke the mold, so nobody can create any new slots.

    That question gets to me.

Why would you ask it? Do people not die? Do businesses never close?

The question to ask yourself is this:
What valuable thing or skill do you have that people are willing to give you money for?

If none, what are you willing and able to learn?

People pay other people online the same as offline: the seller has something that the buyer wants. If the price is right and they trust the seller, they give the seller money and the seller gives them the item/ performs the service.

If you have no products/services of your own, you can be an affiliate and sell someone else's products or services.

Maybe you have a skill, and no desire to start a business... You go on freelance sites and sell your skill.

The only thing that matters, you need to be able to add value to people's lives.

So start with some introspection, analysis of your skills, desires, values and see where you can start and where you may be able to end.

  • I agree with many of the comments below. There is always room for new business. When I started as a web developer there was (and still is) a ton of competition. However, I did not let that discourage me. Instead I looked at it as a positive. The more demand the better

I don't think there is a business that provides the "perfect" service, or sells the "perfect" product.
There is always room for improvement, either of the cost, and to offer a product/service cheaper than the competitors, either of the quality, or of the additional products/services that you offer in addition to the main product.

But you have to know quite well the niche in which you operate to come up with such improvements.
