I have mail list of 100K homeowners (UK - Verified emails). How can I earn money out of this

First of thank you for this awesome community,

I have a list of 100K homeowners of UK. The list contains full name, email address and phone number. Email address and phone numbers are verified. I would say that there are zero less then 1% chances of any fake record.

This data is not extracted from any sources. It is unique and submitted by users themselves to get home improvement service.

I need your help to monetize this data.

Any type of help of advise appreciated!

    Well the money is in the list, i am not sure if you have purchased the list or not, it isnt important the size of the list or lists. the main thing to think about is giving actual value first to that list.

    They have never heard of you before so it is like building a relationship with them so i wouldnt sell on the first email or even think about making money on the first day u maybe not want to hear that.

    But the first thing you would do is send out a welcome email introducing yourselve and how you can give value to them and how you can help them.

    on your first emall you would normally give them a free gift this is common if you have a landing page, that is the page they would normally opt in to your list.

    after this you would normally tell your story and about your business, and then after a few emails when they actually get to know you and find out their needs then you could pitch your offer.

    They signed up for home improvement services, so, give them home improvement services.


    Partner with roofers, plumbers, etc... send emails to your list about those roofers and plumbers... Or sell solo ads to roofers, plumbers, etc.

    If its submitted by the users themselves for home improvement services then you already know they are interested in your services. Find out what each customer needs specifically and do everything you can to give them a great experience from start to finish! When you are done get them to leave reviews so you can build up trust and customer loyalty.
